1. Deposit Requirement
All orders over P100 and custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit before production begins. The remaining balance is paid upon completion.

2. Production Time
Orders take 3–7 working days, depending on size and detail. You'll be updated throughout.

3. Delivery & Pickup
- Local delivery available at Rail park mall/station/bus rank at P20
- Free pickup: UB / Tlokweng area

4. Payment Methods
