This is an announcement to all our Caye Caulker customers!! Since our last live sale, we have been left with bags of clothing that are in very good condition! And in the spirit of the season, we are GIVING ALL THE CLOTHING AWAY!!!

That's right, all the bags!!! The clothes are in great condition for whatever purpose you have in mind, maybe there is a young entrepreneur out there that wants to open a clothing business but doesn't know where to start or maybe you know someone in need that could make much use of the clothing.

Hello Valued Customers of Anisas Online Store, I want to begin this message by saying THANK YOU SO MUCH for all the love, support, laughter and wonderful times we have all shared together during our live sales.

While there was a screen in between us, we managed to connect with each other and build a special bond that will never be broken. Anisa's Online Store was more than just a place of business, it was a place where you all could log on to a couple nights a week to hang out with me, laugh and purchase your favourite pieces of clothing.

Working at Anisas Online Store has been one of my greatest experiences because it allowed me to meet all of you and for that I will be forever grateful.

However,.... As you all know the team at Anisa's Online Store has suffered a great loss. You all know her as Miss Eva, you would hear her voice behind the scenes laughing with me when I would tell a joke or interact with you all in the comments. She was the strength and motor of this store and everything we did was possible because of her.

Now that she is no longer with us, I inform you all via this medium that Anisas Online Store will be closed down permanently and will no longer be in operation. This was not an easy decision to make as I will miss laughing, dancing, joking and sharing time with you all. I enjoyed all your comments, reactions, heart emojis and kind messages.

You all have a very special place in the heart of Anisa's Online Store and while we may no longer see each other on a live sale we can still remain connected via my personal social medias.

Thank you for always joining our sales even if it was just to say "Hi" . You all are appreciated more than you know. While this transition is indeed difficult for us, I will keep the page open and save all the live sales so we can have something to look back on.

*** IMPORTANT NOTICE ***

Anisas Online Store is a Business where we pride ourselves in providing the best In quality clothing while promoting positivity and laughter to all customers. However, we are a serious business and it is for this reason that we have certain policies in place. Our policy is as follows : We do holds for three (3) days ONLY. after bills are sent out, the customer has three days to claim their item and make payment. If after the three days the customer doesn't come forward, a courtesy message is sent asking them if they are still interested in said items that were purchased. If after the courtesy message the customer remains unresponsive, a final message is sent prompting the customer that they have 24 hours to claim their items and they are informed that failure to do so will result in their items being put back on sale and they won't be able to purchase from our store again.

With that being said, there are a number of customers who have packages here over 2 weeks to three months, we have been sending out messages and yet we have received no answer. If you are one of those customers kindly be advised that you have until Friday at 5pm to reach out and notify us if you will still want your items. Should we receive no response by the end of this week, ALL pending packages that have been here more than one week will be placed back on sale.

We take this opportunity to thank those customers in Caye Caulker, San Pedro and the Main Land who always make payment in a timely manner and in return we provide you with friendly service , a good laugh and a smile.

All deliveries will be made tomorrow Sunday August 15th at mid morning. To those of you who have had your items here for over a month kindly reach out via messenger or WhatsApp no later than today at 5pm to infrom if you will still want your package. Failure to do so will result in your items being placed back on sale as our policy is we only do holds for three days.

This policy applies to ALL customers COUNTRY WIDE.

To those of you who made purchases lastnight kindly note your bill has been sent and we encourage that all payment be made over the weekend so we can ship out all packages on Monday.
