Ronald Allan Clothiers Abbotsford is seeking a polished, service driven Senior Sales Associate to join our classic upscale men’s and women’s fashion team. This is a full-time position for an experienced retail professional who excels in client service, consistently drives sales, and is ready to take on added assistant management responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional client service and personalized menswear styling.
• Build lasting client relationships and generate repeat business.
• Consistently achieve sales targets through strong product knowledge and confident selling.
• Support merchandising, inventory, opening/closing, and smooth daily operations.
• Provide floor leadership and assist the Store Manager with team support and accountability.
• Contribute to scheduling, task delegation, and smooth day-to-day ex*****on in the manager’s absence.

Qualifications
▪︎ 5+ years of successful retail sales experience, preferably in upscale or specialty fashion.
▪︎ Proven ability to build clientele, close sales, and deliver a high standard of service.
▪︎ Supervisory, keyholder, or assistant management experience preferred.
▪︎ Professional presentation and strong knowledge of fit, fabrics, and styling.
▪︎ Available Tuesday to Saturday, 9:30–5:30. Closed Sundays, Mondays, and statutory holidays.

What We Offer:
