*****Ordering******* How to Order: Inbox Facebook Message, Etsy www.RockNWool.ca or Email [email protected]. Facebook being the easiest method. Pick Up Location: Abbotsford BC Pick up hours are by appointment and in most cases occur in these times slots: Monday: 9-2 Tuesday: 9-2 3-4 7-8 Wednesday 9-2 3-5 Thursday 9-2 Friday: 9-2 3-4
Pick up is by appointment only. Can I come shop in person? : As I work from home and many item are made to order I generally do not carry much stock, what is available will be located in the “READY RTS” album. Additionally fall/Winter we set up at local markets and year round can be found in some local retailers. Currency: Prices are in Canadian as we are “Made in Canada.” International orders are priced through PayPal exchange or you may order from your Countries ETSY Rock N Wool shop. Payment Methods: Cash & Credit Card via Square (Local), E-transfer (Canada only) PayPal or ETSY is set up for credit card and for direct US payments. Custom Requests: We have MANY items previously created and price/sample photos are available in their various albums. CUSTOMS are accepted January to September but NOT during peak times. Please understand due to sizing and other variables some items may not be custom ordered. --- Sizing: Please located the HAT size chart in this album. Photo props and other specialty items will have their sizing in their picture information or you may contact for more information. Creation Time: Please allow up to 4 week notice ESPECIALLY custom requests. Peak times like fall and Xmas Order 2-3months in advance. Remember NO CUSTOMS October – December. When Do I Pay?: Payment is due prior to creation and the item is not placed into Que until payment is complete. Can I book in FAR Advance?: YES! Ie: Birthday photo shoot in 3 months. You maybe book the slot and then 2-4 weeks (depending if special materials are being ordered) prior make FULL payment to keep your spot in the que. Returns/Exchange: No returns, but exchanges will be handled on a case by case basis. We stand behind the quality of our product and will do everything to we can to make sure you are completely satisfied with your product. No exchanges after 30 days. --- Vegan and Environmentally friendly options available upon request: Most Items are created with premium acrylic or cotton for spring summer items. Understandably there are those who request environmentally friendly fibre or vegan such as cotton, or natural fibres like wool and mohair. Custom materials may be limited but often an option that can be accommodated. Discounts and Sales: When sales can be offered they will be. Photographer Discounts and Trading: Discounts are provided to professional photographers who share photos with Rock N Wool.
