I had the pleasure of bringing this vision to life: to the floor for the sake of simple vacuuming, tie the colors in with the dressers, and lastly a footboard that was low enough hopefully no tiny children would split chins while jumping on the bed.

I received the sweetest gift from my friend Laura at as a thank you for building them a bed. It was not only a heartwarming surprise but I cannot get over how amazing these products smell and feel! The whipped tallow is like silk, smells like vanilla sugar cookies, and does an incredible job moisturizing my crusty dry hands!
Also included was a hand poured soy candle, deep pain salve, roll on perfume, and salt soap.

Who else loves a good before and after?
Check out this absolute treasure I scored at Barrhead’s own Thrift Shoppe. I’ve never seen a piece like this before in my life… which is exactly how I knew I needed it in my life.
A little cleaning, sanding, paint and stain and the grain turned buttery soft and gorgeous!
You can tell by the du***ss expression, I’m pleased with myself, so why not brag about it.
