vent you received a pre-damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace the item or exchange it for a store credit with a reciept. We must be notified of the issue within 3 days of receiving the item. If you are unhappy about your purchase because of the color or pattern you chose, KEEP THE TAGS ON, you will need your reciept and get in touch within 3 days of purchase. We will issue you a store credit so you can choose another pair you love. Unfortunately if you wore the item out, just plain don’t like them, or got scissor happy and cut all the tags off, we will be unable to offer a return/exchange but please feel free to contact us and if there is anything we can do to help we will try our best. As hard as we try, unfortunately we can not make SweetLegs indestructible. While we know we have a fantastic product, certain fabrics and items are more delicate and wear differently than others. Because of the nature of the fleece leggings, piling and pulls from regular wear are NOT considered a defect with the SweetLegs. Please note: there are no refunds – no exceptions! Any returned/defective items will be replaced or exchanged for a store credit.
