I had a few hours to finish a Fillet knife last week. This knife is designed based on what I feel is important. Robust, lightweight, and easy to clean. Made with 154 CM Stainless Steel, Canvas Micarta handle scales with white G10 Liners, Brass Pins. Kydex Sleeve.
