Happy Father’s Day to the the best Dad, Opi and Seanair we could have ever wished for! For all the work, support, effort and guidance, would couldn’t appreciate you enough, but today we will try. Date night > sewing night… just this once. 🏁❤️

I traded my sewing studio for the grandstands tonight Dead Horse Creek Speedway , and I have absolutely zero regrets. There’s just something about the roar of the engines, the smell of the track, and cheering on the drivers that makes for the perfect date night with my lovey.

Will I be up way past my bedtime? Absolutely.
Would I do it again? Every single time.

Sometimes the best inspiration comes from stepping away from the sewing machine for a little while. 💛

A little road trip, a whole lot of inspiration. ✨🧵

Today was spent wandering through Quilt Canada, and wow… I am absolutely blown away by the talent. From breathtaking quilts to incredible craftsmanship, every corner was filled with creativity.

It was also so much fun visiting amazing vendors like Emmaline Bags - Janelle MacKay , Amie , and Sasha Oleksandra . I may have found a few treasures to bring home… 😉🛍️

Stay tuned—I’ll be sharing everything I picked up very soon, and I can’t wait to show you how some of these goodies will inspire future Findlay Finery creations.

✨ Happiness looks different for everyone.

For me, happiness is often found at my sewing machine. The hum of the machine, the feel of beautiful fabrics, and watching an idea come to life stitch by stitch never gets old. It’s where I create, unwind, and find a little bit of magic in the everyday.

Not every moment has to be extraordinary. Sometimes happiness is found in the simple things that fill your cup and make you lose track of time.

For me, it’s sewing. 🧵❤️
