Subject: Apology to My Body

Dear Body,

I am writing to you today to express my sincerest apologies for the way I have treated you. I realize that I have pushed you to your limits, using you tirelessly without giving you the care and rest you deserve.

To my legs, I apologize for making you carry me through long days without enough breaks. You have supported me through every step, yet I have taken you for granted.

To my arms, I apologize for overworking you and not allowing you the rest you need to recover from your efforts. You have lifted me up when I needed strength, yet I have neglected your well-being.

To my back, I apologize for the burden I have placed upon you with poor posture and heavy lifting. You have borne the weight of my responsibilities without complaint, yet I have not shown you the appreciation you deserve.

To my eyes, I apologize for straining you with long hours in front of screens and not giving you enough rest. You have allowed me to see the beauty of the world, yet I have subjected you to constant strain.

To my mind, I apologize for pushing you to exhaustion with stress and worry. You have worked tirelessly to keep me functioning, yet I have not always treated you with the kindness and care you need.

To every part of my body, I am deeply sorry for neglecting your well-being and taking you for granted. From this day forward, I pledge to treat you with the love, respect, and care that you deserve. I will listen to your signals, give you the rest you need, and nourish you with healthy habits.

Thank you for everything you do for me, and I promise to do better. No vex body.

I LOVE THIS ANALOGY

When GOD wanted to create  FISH, he spoke to the SEA
When  GOD wanted to create TREES, he spoke to the EARTH.
But when GOD wanted to create  MAN, he turned to  HIMSELF.
So GOD said:
"Let us make man in our image and likeness".

Note:
If you take a fish out of the water it will die.
And when you remove a tree from the ground it also dies.
Similarly, when man disconnects from GOD, he dies.
GOD is our natural environment.
We were created to live in HIS presence.
We have to be connected to Him because only with Him does LIFE exist.
Let's stay connected to GOD.
Remember that water without fish is still water, but fish without water is nothing.
The soil without the tree is still soil, but the tree without soil is nothing...
God without man is still God, but man without GOD is nothing.
