TeaRoom Thoughts ☕️

Many years ago, when I was working as a banker, I wrote an article for a local business newspaper.

I still remember how I felt seeing my words in print… quietly tickled, a little proud, and perhaps a bit surprised that something I had written was now out in the world.

It came to mind again recently, and I smiled.

Life has a way of changing how we express ourselves.
Back then, my writing was structured, professional… rooted in numbers and practicality.

Today, it feels softer. More personal.
Still thoughtful, I hope — just written from a different place.

And yet, when I think about it, it’s not so different after all.

It’s still me…
just a little more seasoned, a little more gentle, and perhaps a little more aware of the beauty in the everyday.

March arrives not with urgency, but with a gentle whisper:

awaken.

Awaken to the soft return of light in the morning sky.
Awaken to longer evenings and the promise of spring.
Awaken to fresh energy, new ideas, and quiet possibilities waiting to unfold.

After the stillness of winter, we are invited to begin again — slowly, tenderly, in our own time.

Like tea steeping in warm water, renewal is never rushed.
It deepens, softens, and reveals itself sip by sip.

Perhaps this is the month to awaken:
