Lavender is known to help improve sleep, curb anxiety, relieve migraine pain and headache, relax and calm the mind.

When to use an eye pillow?
- Before sleeping,
- While having a warm relaxing bath,
- At the end of a yoga session / physical exercise,
- Whenever feeling stressed and/or anxious.

For how long?
- 5-10 minutes.

How I do it?
You can see me laying on my back with my eye pillow cutting out visual stimulus to help me settle during which is the final relaxation pose after an awesome yoga practice 🙏🏻

Quick-drying 🌬

This is a small bathroom lacking proper ventilation and yes this steam is generated by only 1 person's shower(!) time.

When I talk about quick-drying aspect of Turkish towels, I do get the response "Well, Calgary weather is super dry anyways"
Unfortunately I know that very well indeed as a person with eczema condition 😭

However, in this case, when you leave your fuzzy towel in such a bathroom (even if you're not the one bathing) your towel stinks 🤢 but your Turkish towel doesn't because it's flat-woven and quick-drying 😉✌🏻
