Strides Running Store opened in the summer of 2006. Our goal is to provide knowledgable and quality service to all our customers. We offer a wide range of clinics, from Learn to Run to Personal Best. Our coaches provide all clinic members individualized attention and training tips. In addition, Strides sponsors many local running events. In addition to sponsorship we assist organizers in ensuring a great event from start to finish. Drop by our store, and see what we have to offer.

Looking for a way to commemorate your spring Marathon Major? Or are you looking for a fast shoe to run a future qualifying time? Strides Running Store has a limited selection of special edition Endorphin Speed 5’s for the Tokyo, Boston, and London Marathons.

Strides Run Club x Hoka - Chase the Speedgoat

Join us for a fun event this weekend! Can you “Catch the speedgoat”? Starting from 9AM at the Votier Flats Day Use Area parking lot: try on a pair of Hoka Speed Goat 7 or Rocket X Trail.

Three “Speedgoats’ will be send out on the route - Each will run at a different speed intervals (fast 8km loop, slower 8km loop, and slower 5.5km loop). Participants will choose a speedgoat to chase and the top 3 individuals in each category (9 winners total) who beat / catch the speedgoat by the finish win a prize!

Xact Bars and Coffee will be available to enjoy post run.
