Hello Friends, 🙋‍♀️

After much reflection, I’ve made the decision to close my shop to in-store shopping for home décor and antiques. This chapter has been so special to me, and it’s only been possible because of all of you—my dear and loyal customers who have supported me along the way. Your kindness, encouragement, and trust have meant more to me than I can ever put into words. (Some of you have become dear friends that I will always cherish! 🥰)

While the shop doors will be closed, this isn’t a goodbye. Creating beautiful, functional furniture will continue to be an enjoyable passion for me, and I look forward to sharing more of that with you, and continuing to do it for you as well.

Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for being a part of this journey with me. I’m so grateful for each and every one of you whether you followed along online, or stepped into the shop personally. 💞

Have you ever bought something just because you loved the colour? I know I have…

This desk was one of the earlier pieces that I painted, and in my opinion was in need of a change. Wanting to make it a little more feminine, I decided on going with a soft pinky salmon hue that I had previously mixed. Midway through the process, I was not liking it at all. It was too pink!!!! I decided to finish it with an antique wax in order to muddy it, and mid way through I wanted to quit…It just looked dirty to me.

I pressed on and finished the job, decided on some sweet new hardware, and I have to say…I love it!! Once it was ALL waxed, it took on a vintage vibe, fitting with its era and the hardware is the icing on the cake.

Restoring lost beauty is my passion…

This piece has been refreshed for my son and his lovely wife for their new home. I loved the clean lines and airy feel it has with all of the glass doors and shelves. Some of the hardware I replaced with new, and some I kept the same as we thought it looked striking off of the black background.

I can’t wait to see how she shines in her new home.
