Celebrating 10 Years of putting up with us.👑
Debbie has been here almost since the beginning, which means she's seen everything, and somehow she's still here. We've pestered her, bombarded her with questions, and tested her patience more times than we can count.

And yet, she's the one holding this whole place together. Honestly, we're not sure if that says more about her or about us. 😅

Today we’re saying goodbye to someone who helped shape the culture of our shop.

For nearly the past five years, Cam has been our Production Floor Lead, but more than that, he helped build the atmosphere that makes our shop what it is today. Cam had a way of making the production floor a place where people enjoyed coming to work. Whether it was cracking jokes, keeping the mood light during busy days, or bringing energy to the team, he made the shop better just by being there.

Cam was always someone who lifted others up around him. He helped build a culture of teamwork, positivity, and support that will continue long after his last day.

And of course, according to Cam himself, he also holds the title of “the handsomest man in the shop.”

Cam, thank you for everything you’ve brought to ADC over the past five years. Your spirit and the culture you helped create will live on here.

We wish you nothing but the best in your next chapter.

Real talk, some of our absolute BEST team members at ADC have come through Starling Employment Services… and that’s not something we say lightly.

We wanted to take a moment to genuinely show our appreciation.

Over time, we’ve welcomed multiple candidates from Starling, and they consistently come in with something you can’t teach overnight: drive, willingness to learn, and a real desire to grow. They don’t just show up to work — they show up ready to improve, contribute, and take pride in what they do. That kind of mindset has made a huge impact on our production team and our company culture as a whole.

What makes this partnership even more meaningful is the level of support behind the scenes. Starling takes the time to understand both the individual and the workplace, helping ensure the fit is right for long-term success, not just a short-term placement.

Their onboarding support and training incentives also allow us to properly invest in new team members, give them the time they deserve to learn, and set them up for sustainable growth within our company.

ADC has come a long way over the years. We started as a one-man operation, printing t-shirts for local bands and small projects.

Over the years, through steady growth and continuous improvement, that small beginning has developed into a full team of nearly 20, with expanded production capabilities and dedicated spaces for DTF printing, embroidery, and screen printing, all handled in-house.

For over 10 years, our work has been built on two core principles: Quality and Consistency.

Today, we’re proud to produce apparel for many schools, businesses, and organizations throughout the KW region and beyond, delivering reliable, detail-driven production every day.

Our shop, our team, and our capabilities have grown, but our standards have stayed the same.
