Update: she has reached out ❤️

Hey everyone 💕

We wanted to share a quick note about something that happened in-store today. During checkout, our debit machine went down and unfortunately there was a miscommunication between staff at the same time.

As a result, a customer (a mom and daughter) left without payment being completed for some of the items. From what we understand, this was not intentional — the daughter had paid separately at another register.

We do have surveillance footage, but we wanted to give the benefit of the doubt and reach out here first before taking any further steps.

As a small business, situations like this do impact us, as we are still responsible for paying our consignors for the items.

If this was you, we kindly ask that you reach out to us so we can resolve this 💗
