Our Story

Hello my name is Fransiska. I was born and raised in Indonesia, but have been living in Cornwall since 2012. I have always had a passion to be creative as far as I could remember. After my son was born, I wanted to start my own business that will allow me to work from home while taking care of my family. In September 2017, the opportunity finally arrived when he started kindergarten, that was when I started Lampin Handmade.

I decided to venture on hair accessories for kids, as it allows me to channel my creativity and also challenges me to keep up with the current children's trend. Being a perfectionist at heart, I wanted to make something of high quality that stands out from the competition while still being cute. This is why I decide to use leather as my main material.
