Yeah it’s a Thursday. But as a small brand no day is ever just a regular day.

Like today, we’re opening our made-to-order collection, a special offering that was born out of necessity and keeps us going because of the talented seamstress and friend we get to work with.

And the small team that responds instantly but not perfectly.

Even just a year ago it was unclear what Shelter would look like. We made pivots big and small without knowing where that would lead.

And then six months ago, when circumstances meant our US shipping was out of the question.

Along the way, always wishing for Red, a colour that invites us to become more. A linen that was impossible to get our hands on, until we decided it was so important that we custom ordered it, a simple idea, but bold for a brand like ours.

All this to say, our made-to-order collection is here. Intentional, open for your customizations, 11 colours and 16 styles, the evolution of Shelter on full display.
