Feels a little like spring....

Its hard to explain what the sport of rugby has given me, as a young 13 year old girl it pulled me out of a path that was not great and taught me how to fight back, into my teenage years and into my young adulthood how to be loved and surrounded by a community that held up strong fierce women and showed me that I didn’t have to tone it down (even though it was a message I heard often), it’s how I met the love of my life and build a family, and now I get to coach my children and many young women in the sport that has truly shaped who I am. It is not an understatement to say that getting to come to London with some of the best rugby women I know and see Canada go for gold is a dream! Go Canada 🇨🇦 we are so grateful to be able to see you represent Canada and all the strong rugby women out there so fiercely!
