Temporarily closed, our owner is struggling with health complications and is restructuring the business so that it can impact and help more people while being able to stay open long term.

Stay tuned for future projects and we apologize if any of our repeat customers have looked for us at market and we were not there.

Thank you to everyone who has shared, viewed, commented or uplifted us until now. We have seen many views on our page this past month and it really helps motivate more than you know.

We will keep in touch on this page as changes progress but that may take time. We love our community and the joy you bring to each other and cannot wait to become a part of that as well.

Stay safe, cool and kind everyone (including to yourselves). We are all moving too fast as of late and the little things can be some of the best parts of taking on this adventure of being a human in this day and age. Don't forget to celebrate all wins no matter how big or small.

We are excitedly revamping our plans for Q1-4 for 2026. We loved how our 2025 turned out.

We learned a lot here Pressure For Change in 2025 and are excited to take all that we learned and apply it to the new year.

Your traditions are valid, even if they’re blended. Behavior dictates the person, not traditions. Spend the day resting, spreading warmth, and giving back in whatever way you can.

December 21 marks the Winter Solstice. This is quite an impact full day of the year for the people of this land in Mi'kma'ki.

This is the time where we review the past year, set goals and intentions for the next coming and prepare for growth in the coming light of spring.
Here at Pressure For Change we are working on our plans for the incoming year along with improvements needed from this past year.

We are preparing cases of product for the holidays and reminding people to shop local when you can. The gift is impactful on the person and the shop who sold it.

A living wage means people can heat their home, buy groceries, and rest without fear—especially in the cold months. Winter reminds us why fair pay matters, there are too many of us who struggle during the cold months without others knowing what we are going through.

Reach out to your community members, there may be people fighting a battle you know nothing about, who might just need someone to meet them where they are at.
