We are proud to share that Ennis Fabrics recently donated over 30 coolers and 70 tumblers to WINGS Alberta — an incredible non-profit organization based right here in Edmonton, Alberta.

WINGS provides safe housing and support for women and children leaving family violence, helping families rebuild safe, independent lives and break the cycle for good. Going beyond just providing shelter, WINGS offers a trauma-informed approach with intensive counselling, onsite childcare, life skills training, and child and youth programs to encourage healing for the whole family.

Our President & CEO, Jim Ennis, along with members of the Ennis family, had the honour of personally delivering the donation. Moments like these remind us why community matters — and why giving back will always be part of who we are.

At Ennis Fabrics, we believe in supporting the communities we call home. Organizations like WINGS are doing life-changing work every single day, and we are honoured to contribute in any way we can. 💙

This month, Ennis Fabrics celebrates 54 years in business — and we couldn't be more proud of the journey.

What started in 1972 with James and Lois Ennis and a vision to serve customers better has grown into a trusted name across North America, with distribution warehouses in Vancouver, Toronto, Indianapolis, and Ningbo, China.

But what truly drives us has never changed — high-quality products, attentive customer service, and operational excellence. We're also committed to ensuring our work considers its impact on the environment and communities around the world, one thread at a time.

First BBQ of the summer and it did NOT disappoint with Jim and Josh Ennis behind the grill! ☀️

We fired up the Ennis Fabrics grill and loved seeing so many of our remote team members make the trip into the office for it. Nothing beats good food, good weather, and even better people.

This is what family company culture looks like to us — we work hard, but we make sure to have fun doing it. Events like this are a big part of why we love what we do.

In 2026, we're proud to direct that support toward three outstanding organizations:

• Saving the Blue – marine ecosystem protection and biodiversity preservation
• Endangered Species International – conservation of threatened species and habitats
