Returns and Exchanges:
I am happy to accept exchanges on unwashed and unworn items that can be resold. If the item is shipped to you it is the buyers responsibility to send the item back in its original condition. For returns the original item must be returned before the payment is refunded. The cost of shipping the replacemet item will be spit 50/50 between the buyer and seller. When sending an
item back for returns or exchanges please be sure to contact the seller to make them aware of the situation. Items bought from my retail partners are subject to the terms of their refund policies. Defective items will be deal with on a case by case basis

Shipping:
Canada Post is the exclusive shipping provider. Most items can be shipped lettermail. The buyer has the option to choose between letterman shipping or tracked and insured shipping for a higher price. If the buyer chooses lettermail shipping they accept the risk of not being able to track the package. Seller is not responsible for lost or damaged mail. If you receive your item damage by the mail please contact the seller immediately and the situation will be dealt with on a case by case basis. Warranty:
Jacks Mama warrants that all items shipped are to be of high quality and free of any defects. If you item appears to have a defect or begins to deteriorate please contact Jacks Mama as soon as the defect is noticed. All warranty claims will be assessed on a case by case basis. Slipper Care
These slippers are made to worn indoors. They are great for children in strollers, being carried or inside boots. They can be worn outdoors in dry conditions, this may shorten their life span due to the increased strain on the sole. Soles are made out of polyester microsuede on the outside and a fuzzy minky inside sole (think a fuzzy baby blanket) The yarn is a blend of acrylic and wool, content is dependant on yarn selection. They are best washed in cold water on a gentile cycle. These slippers do not like to be put in the dryer. Pilling is apart of normal wear and tear of the slipper. Due to the nature of the yarn the slippers may stretch with time, washing them can help return them to their original size. For sizing and prices please check under the files tab.
