The hammered texture on these bands comes from a very old ball-peen hammer that I found in Nova Scotia. A gentleman was carving new wooden handles for old tools and we had the same initials that he had burned into the wood so it felt like it was made for me! I love that it’s similar to a bark texture. 🪾

I’ll have an excellent size range (3-15) of these May 8-10

I love painting tiny prairie scenes onto these enamel necklaces 🌾🌤️ dark storms, canola, sunsets, wheat, fluffy clouds, blue skies. Some of the things that make long drives more beautiful. The paint I use is essentially extremely finely crushed glass and minerals. When I fire it in the kiln often a lot of what I paint burns away so it’s never quite how I expect it to look.

I’ll have these starting this Friday evening until Sunday! At the strathcona performing arts center on Gateway.

I’m so excited I finally found a beautiful, delicate lilac stamp! Lilac season is my favourite and usually falls around my birthday. The smell is truly the best 😻

Had fun hammering the stamp into heat softened copper pendant and hammering the edges to catch some light.

I’ll have a few lilac necklaces and maybe some signet rings with me and

These copper signet rings are one of my favourite things to make. I hand stamp the copper and saw the shape out before soldering it to a ring that I’ve made.

🛸 🌲

I’ll have lots of fun rings of all sizes and this spring!
