A new flower for the garden this year.

Bush clematis was planted last season and this week the first blooms have finally opened.

I think I may be in love.

The timing couldn’t be better. These little violet stars have arrived just in time for Lauren’s summer solstice wedding next weekend, where they’ll be weaved through the designs inspired by a whimsical midsummer garden 🤍💜

A few quiet moments from the days leading up to Katherine’s wedding.

Harvesting flowering branches in the garden. Watching forced forsythia unfurl in the studio. Testing mechanics. Designing bouquets. Installing floral clouds in the barn. Stealing a few cuddles with Daphne between it all.

Perhaps every season leaves behind one flower that quietly becomes part of your story.

This spring, it was narcissus for us.

Delicate but wild. Fragrant in the studio air. Endlessly graceful as they opened and shifted day by day. We planted them for the first time this year not fully realizing how deeply we’d fall in love with them.

A little goodbye to spring bulbs… and a very special thank you to the narcissus that carried this season so beautifully.
