Kevin Sliva is being recognized as a Hometown Hero for his dedication to Estevan’s youth sports community. Through coaching, umpiring, refereeing and helping organize events, Sliva works to create opportunities and positive experiences for local kids.

This cutie came in for his first eye exam today!

Did you know that children should have their first eye exam at 6-9 months? (Sooner if there are concerns, of course.) They don’t have to be able to read the eye chart- the optometrist will check eye health and visual development, all without them having to say a single thing! (Although Oliver WAS practicing his pterodactyl screech at some points during the exam, haha!)
