A 4 generations bears gifted to a little girl on her 1st birthday from Grandma.
This teddy bear uses the one year old's onesies, her Mom's baby booties, a butterfly patch from Grandma's nursing scrub top and buttons from her baby dress she wore when she was a toddler and Great Grandma's pink polka dot nightie.

It turned out so cute and was well plan we by Grandma and was a beautiful gift to her little granddaughter.
