Their Iced Gingersnap Café Mocha (good hot or cold)

Here’s how they make it:
- Add 2oz of cold coffee to a 10oz glass filled with ice. Then add 2oz of cold hot chocolate and stir lightly.
- Pour 2oz Gingersnap cream liquor into the glass.
* Star anise garnish.
