My first watch strap! Replaced a brown, industrial ‘genuine leather’ strap that wasn’t real leather

These can be pretty technical, the top layer is dyed (as close as I could get to matching the watch face) and sewn to the liner layer.

Learned a lot, though.

Making the strap for the black key purse. Glued and sewed matching lamb skin to the flesh side for comfort and finish. Over 1,200 hand stitches will go into the strap. Nothing like hand-made!
