Have you heard of reusable cloth wipes?

All you need to do is take a single soap cube, add it to a mason jar with previously boiled water (let it cool down a bit) and shake! This is your soap solution.
No fragrance, no chemicals, no skin drying alcohol.

Simply pour your solution into your wipes container full of folded cloth wipes and you're ready to use!

For on the go; you can transfer your liquid into a spray bottle and use alongside dry wipes, or use a silicone zippered pouch/wet bag instead.
