Once upon a time, I would spend hours engraving a single glass piece by hand with my own original drawings. And I mean HOURS.... All to sell my original art for maybe $20-$50 more than I bought the actual mirror for, making myself maybe $2-$7 an hour on a good day. I have people tell me all the time they remember picking up artwork from my apartment years and years ago, sometimes pregnant, or with a child or two on my hip. It gives me a sense of pride to know they have seen the journey and appreciate where it all started and know, the work, love and dedication that was put in to build what Inuky is today. These memories remind me too. I wonder who owns this one today. I remember each line and cut of all my original pieces of art. I'm so glad i didn't listen to the people who laughed at me when I started, the ones who told me to get a real job and especially the ones who said I would never be able to make a living off of my art. I hope if you have a dream, you chase it too and don't listen to the people too afraid to fail because if I didn't fail over and over and over again, I never would have succeeded either. ♥️
