Labour Day isn't just a long weekend. It's a thank-you.

Thank you to the Cintas partners who load the routes before sunrise, run the wash floors, service the mine sites, restrooms, the work that quietly keeps thousands of businesses open and safe.

And thank you to our customers: the restaurant crews, plant floors, clinics, shops and job sites who put in the hours that keep our communities running.

Most of the work that matters doesn't get applause.

Loads of laundry folded after midnight. School forms signed at the kitchen table. The first one up, the last one to bed.
That's what motherhood looks like for a lot of the people we work with: managers, plant leads, safety coordinators, owners. They show up, do the work, and then go home and do it all over again. 💐
