I can’t thank Hélène enough for bringing the brand along on her travels, this time to Tropea, Calabria, Italy!It’s always an honour to see Hélène wearing the brand because she is such an incredible person with one of the biggest hearts in the world. She’s an absolute joy to be around. Every time you’re with her, you’re laughing, smiling, and feeling good. She has a way of bringing that positive energy wherever she goes. She’s truly one of a kind, and anyone who is lucky enough to have her in their life is better because of it. Her kindness, warmth, and genuine care for others make a lasting impact on everyone she meets.

Episode number 47 is out: “slowing things down and enjoying every moment”. A huge thank you to Justin for taking the time to sit down with me and share his incredible journey. It’s amazing to see how far he’s come, from his early days working as a cook to becoming a co owner of one of the most successful restaurants in Northern Ontario, The Kouzzina, and now getting ready to open The Mazi Sudbury in the weeks ahead.

Happy Father’s Day to all the incredible dads out there. I truly wouldn’t be the person I am today without the influence of my own dad. He has always been one of my biggest role models and supporters. His kindness, encouragement, and belief in me have meant more than he’ll ever know. He’s always been there to help, offer advice, and cheer me on. He works so hard, puts everyone before himself, and is always willing to lend a hand whenever someone needs it. I’m very grateful for everything he has done for me and for the example he continues to set every day. Thank you for everything!!

It was awesome having the opportunity to watch the U22 Sudbury Rockhounds compete at the Nickel City Shootout Tournament! This team is incredibly talented, works extremely hard, and plays with so much passion. It was a lot of fun to watch them compete and represent themselves so well! Best of luck as you continue your tournament run. Keep up the amazing work, and continue making Sudbury proud!
