8 hours in 50 seconds - this is what our setup day looked like :)
We woke up at 4:30am and made it to Toronto by 11:30am. Same day, we did an 8-hour setup (not new to me at this point… I’ve done it so many times).
Honestly, this one felt so stress-free. We double-checked everything in Montreal since forgetting one small thing can make a huge difference and it all went exactly as planned.

Setup days usually scare me, but this time I had more energy - probably because I don’t drink as much coffee anymore, and wow I felt the difference.
