Welcome!

I’d like to take a minute to introduce myself! My name is Amanda and I’m the owner of Little Wing Handmade.
I love to sew! I got my first sewing machine for my 16th birthday and I feel like sewing has always been a part of me. I was an avid quilter for many years until my daughter was born. She was so long and skinny it was impossible to find clothes that fit her properly! So I put my favourite skill to work making her clothing.
From there I started a little “collective” with some friends where we sold our handmade items together online and at markets. Eventually, I just kind felt like it was time for me to spread my “wings” 😉 and do my own thing! So here we are!
I also work casually in Saskatoon as a Respiratory Therapist. I’ve been there for 15 years!
My little family consists of my husband, my daughter, and our senior dog ❤️ and lucky them I love to sew for them all!
We call the sleepy hamlet of Neuanlage, Saskatchewan home.
