Lately I’ve been going back to hand oiled / finished veg tan.

It’s nothing super special. But the feel and heft you get afterwards is really nice.

The pieces were oiled , and left alone to dry and even out for 1-2 days ( full 24 hour days ) after the oil is done doing its thing , it gets hit with some Carnaruba Cream , super easy to use, good end results.

Anyways , got the motor running , I’ll be checking in when I’m finished !

3/4 oz natural veg tan , marbled with Burgundy and Turquoise , with solid Burgundy back panel / Dark Brown Ritza , it’s a great match for the bag it’s soon to be with ! Overall I’m happy.

Bag Alert 👜

Bringing you the bag that every time I make one , it’s gone , in what seems an instant.

This will be the 3rd in this style of marbling.

Last one’s had the chain “strap”, with dyed gussets using one of the colours of the marble. This one will have natural veg tan gussets with a natural veg tan strap.

Coming with us to The Dartmouth Makers Winter Market.
