Sunday August 16th, The Bagel Run! Come test out some shoes from try some hydration mix, join the fine folks from on our beginner 5k, and learn about Music Moves Us; a fundraising program to get more music into schools! All are welcome, bagels and coffee on us!

The A1 crew was out in force at last weekend’s Dartmouth Natal Day Road Race (est 1907) with Matthias, Peter, Espen, Bruce and Chris all taking on the course! Bruce and Chris both came home with age group awards, while Espen blazed through the 6 mile to take 8th overall, and general manager Matthias ran the unofficial fastest stroller race for the 2nd year in a row!* Always a pleasure to take part in this awesome, historic event!
