Appreciation post for the nurses that support one another 🫶🏼 Some days feel impossible, but having the right team is everything! Nurses lead by example with patience, resilience and kindness. You guys truly inspire those around you to be not only a better a better nurse, but a better person!! 🤍🤍🤍

From personal experience, I have learned more from other nurses than I could have from any textbook. It has been a privilege to work with you, and I would not be where I am now in my career/life without your endless support!

💌SHIPPING: We have a few shipping options!! Our free shipping options include Canada Post letter mail, which typically takes 3-5 business days for orders within Nova Scotia, and 5-7 business days for our of province orders. Our second free option is local pickup for those in HRM! Just DM me and we can coordinate 💛
🧦 SIZING: For now we have one size! They fit a 6-9 women's shoe, and the leg measures 30cm, with an added 1-2 inches of stretch while they are on. I recognize that one size of course is not ideal for everyone, but as a new business, I had to start small!! Since having your support, I am able to increase my sizing options!! So thank you and stay tuned💞💞

🩺 INSURANCE: Main Squeeze is not covered by insurance! Insurance will only cover medical grade compression socks! They have a compression of >20mmhg, with a compression that tight, people tend to find them too intense and are counting down the moments untill they can be removed! Theyre typically prescribed to people who already have medical conditions that require a tighter compression. Main Squeeze Socks are 15-20mmhg compression! Tight enough to prevent edema, varicose veins and leg fatigue, but comfortable enough that you'll be excited to wear them again😌
