I sat with this lace longer than I probably should have...

Every inch of it, hand sewn onto the bodice, piece by piece, until the pattern moved with her curves instead of breaking at the seams. My fingers were sore by the end of it, but I couldn't stop until it was right.

This is the part of my job nobody sees. Just me, a needle, and hours of quiet.
