Today is World Mental Health Day, and I wanted to share something personal with you. People often see me as outgoing, but the truth is, I'm shy and have struggled with insecurity and depression. For years, I hid how I felt, even from those closest to me. Growing up in an Asian household, we didn’t really talk about mental health—it felt weird to even hug.

But over time, I worked hard to heal, to break free from the dark cloud I used to joke about with my husband. Now, I’m so grateful for the life I’ve built—one that values health, family, and peace of mind above all.

If you're struggling too, please know you’re not alone. Healing takes time, and it’s okay to not have it all together. Let’s keep supporting each other as we focus on what really matters: our well-being, our loved ones, and the freedom to be ourselves. 💚
