To say I love how God works is an understatement! 🧡
I have been reselling vintage BOHO decor for a few years now . What started as a hobby, turned to part time then full time then absolute mayhem then cancer then very part time. (I know that sentence is a grammatical nightmare! 😂)
While on our 4 month world cruise I realized that it’s quite remarkable living in a very small cabin and being happy with it! It was while at sea I decided that I was going to “close out” Simply Boho. It’s bittersweet truly because I really love it. But do I want my golden days filled with sourcing, photographing, marketing? And mostly do I want our little apt FULL of product? No I do not.
So this weekend I am having a big “close out sale. As I am gathering and boxing up stuff to sell there is a nagging thought in the back of my mind, “What do I do with what hasn’t sold?”
This morning I got this note in Messenger:
“Hi Debi!! You have a lot of beautiful items!! I have a home décor consignment store called Back Home Consignment if you would like to consign anything x have a lovely day!!”
So isn’t that just so wonderful?! I am trusting I will clear out a lot of product over the weekend.
If you are so inclined please pray for a successful sale plus it will also be a bit sad as I say farewell to my customers from instagram.
BUT I am happy to know there is a place where
I can consign things. 😊
God is good! He is working, even when we don’t see it. He is working even when we don’t feel it.
