Registration is now live for the Fall session of Play Run Clinic! We'd love to see you there.

Here are the deets:

What is it? 5k Learn to run clinic

Who is it for? New runners, “I haven’t run in years runners” or anyone who wants to run 5km in a fun, supportive group.

Where? The Store. 101-1950 Harvey Ave Kelowna, BC

When? September 16th - November 4th, 2026

Day & Time: Wednesdays at 5:30 PM

Length: 8 weeks

Cost: $60

Bonus: Play Run Clinic Technical Shirt included! (upon completion of the program)

FAQ:

Do I already need to be able to run? Nope. If you can walk, you can start this program.

What if I miss a week? Life happens. Just jump back in when you can.

Is this serious training or fun training? Both. Structured enough to work, fun enough to enjoy.

Are dogs allowed? For the safety of all our runners we ask that dogs please stay home.

It's demo time! Join us on Wednesday August 19th at 6:30 PM to see for yourself what all this Altra hype is about. The fleet will include the new Torin 9 (zero drop banger) experience flow 3 (balanced cushion and generous toebox) and FWD via (max cushion.) As usual we'll be running a fun 5k for everyone. Looking forward to hearing your thoughts on the latest lineup from ALTRA! Arrive a few minutes early to get fitted for a demo pair. See you out there!
