Our LITTLE STARS shone again today going through all the 7 steps of their Relax Kids class!
They were busy...
1. Running and playing
2. Making a craft from a story they listened to
3. Stretching
4. Practicing deep breathing
5. Learning the benefits of massage
6. Relaxing to a story, all while knowing...
7. They are SPECIAL!
We are so looking forward to next week's class.
