Hello, everyone! We’re hoping this post finds you in good health & anticipating the arrival of lovely spring weather soon!….No more heavy snow pants and big winter boots!

We would like to make this year’s prom attendees aware of a fantastic opportunity for you at KESWICK HIGH SCHOOL on THURSDAY APRIL 10 from 5-8pm where you’ll be able to get FREE fabulous prom attire for your upcoming event. Don’t forget to contact us for any alterations needed on your dresses or suits. For those of you who have already made prom dress or suit purchases, send us a text to get your alterations booked as well. Our goal here at Custom Sewing is to make you feel and look great for this important occasion!

Hello everyone….just a few words to let you all know how much Yvonne & I appreciated your patronage in allowing us to meet your sewing needs throughout 2024. It was nice to see so many of you returning to us many times throughout the changing seasons of this past year and we certainly were happy to meet the many new clients who needed our services as well.

We are shutting down from Dec. 20-Jan. 6 to enjoy the festive season and get ready for 2025. We will be ready in January to help you with whatever you need!

May the many threads of happiness, good health & good fortune stitch their way into your lives this holiday season! Enjoy, everyone!

Hello, everyone! We truly hope these words find you healthy and you have been enjoying this beautiful fall weather.

Old Man Winter is coming! So, check all your winter wear for broken zippers, tears, or cuff replacements, etc. Bring them to us now so that you have them for when Winter does hit.

Also, check your outdoor cushions for signs of wear or deterioration. How about a change of colour for next spring? We have space in our schedule now to meet all your decorating needs! Plus, Fabricland has great sales on outdoor fabric! We just need the measurements of the cushions to give you an idea of material amounts needed.

Yvonne & I are always happy to see our many returning clients. We look forward to meeting new ones, too. Keep us in mind because we literally do “everything that involves a needle & thread”!

Custom Sewing will have a booth at the Georgina Wedding Show this weekend on Sunday October 13, 2024 11am-2pm at the Ice Palace Hall, 90 Wexford Drive in Keswick.

This show promises to put you in touch with all things wedding, and Custom Sewing is there to meet all of your alteration needs.

Hello everyone! Wow! Would you believe that February is almost over? Where has the time gone? Well, we have been quite busy at Customs Sewing, shaping 2024 into a fantastic year.

Please note that our hours have been slightly updated. Regular business hours are still Monday-Friday, 9am - 7pm.

What's new is that Saturdays are now reserved for "by appointment only" to accommodate those special projects we are working on together.

Sundays we remain closed as well as all statutory holidays.

Thanks for your continued support and we look forward to fulfilling your sewing and alteration needs!

Hello, Everyone!….We would like to take this time to thank all our clients for giving us so many opportunities this year to fix, alter, patch, shorten & create your many projects! It has been our sincere pleasure to take care of your sewing needs and a huge “thank-you” goes out to you for respecting our masking mandate to keep us all healthy & safe. We will be continuing our strict Covid protocol measures in 2024 to ensure that Custom Sewing, with your continued co-operation, will maintain our covid-free record of creating a safe, virus-free environment.

Custom Sewing is now closed until Mon. January 8, 2024 to give us time to refresh, rejuvenate, re-arrange, (but mostly sleep!)…..and complete a few projects of our own!

We wish you & your families a safe holiday season and look forward to helping you with your requests in 2024.
