Stratty Skull 💀 to be or not to be ….

I created this design as an homage to my Stratford folks & appreciators - a little bit of Shakespeare, edge, sophistication, establishment.

This famous line, from Hamlet, has only struck me more as I’ve grown as an artist.
To do or not to do, to take the risk or not take the risk.

Being an artist comes with so many roller coaster rides. Sometimes you feel euphoric, other times existential.

The inspiration for my design and for my fellow creators out there… that in the time of questioning your doing or being, just remember that trying and failing is better than never trying at all, because in the end you are always further down the path of reaching some sort of goal and ultimately, you grow.
That reminder for me is that at the end of the day, art is really just experimentation and play, and that the fear of the unknown has the power to fuel action.

Stratford became a city in 1886, and has only continued to keep being… ⚡️
