Chantel McDougall Designs Surface Designer and Illustrator for Kids lifestyle. Creating to feed your imagination. I’m a mama of two young ladies who feed my imagination daily.

A nurse by trade but my passion is creating and storytelling. I love illustrating and creating patterns inspired by nature and the world around me. Many of my palettes are from photos I’ve taken while enjoying the outdoors. I’m always experimenting with different mediums. I am most comfortable with watercolour and ink; I find pure joy in creating for children’s clothing and entertainment. The thought of designing patterns that support children’s imagination and confidence is bliss.
