Introducing our new artisan to the shop 🩷

Hello everyone! It’s time to introduce myself :)✨

My name is Rachel Draaistra, I’m 30 years old, born and raised in China, moved to Niagara in 2018, married to my best friend and the most loving husband Mark this past February, and together we are renovating our first little home. 🏡

I love trying all kinds of food, enjoy travelling and exploring the world with my husband, taking photos, drinking coffee and my relationship with Jesus is very important to me.

I enjoy making candles and pottery — the uneven edges, the little surprises, the uniqueness of each piece. I’ve also begun to understand the imagery of what it’s like being clay in the hands of the Potter.

What began as a simple hobby turned into a passion I’m excited to share. Every piece I create has its own story, and I’m so glad you’re here to be part of this journey. 🛤️✨
