Two years ago, I never imagined Dots and Baubles would become what it is today.

When you’re building something, it’s easy to stay focused on the next goal, setting the bar higher next month, the next collection, the next bill to pay, the next challenge to solve.

But lately I’ve been reminding myself to look back, too. Take my time and enjoy the moment.

In just two years we’ve grown into a team. A community. We’ve packed over 3,000 orders in-store and online, had our biggest sales month ever than beat that the following month. Everyday brings new excitement and challenges.

There is still so much I want to accomplish, but today I’m feeling grateful for how far we’ve already come.
