DO NOT JUST ARRIVE WITH ITEMS PLEASE E MAIL US FIRST
o We accept quality, current fashions and accessories. Items need to be clean, odor free, newly ironed or steamed. We use our own hangers, so no hangers please. We will appraise and tag your consignment items, display and sell your items during a seasonal period. o If the item has not sold within our seasonal period (TBD according to season), at end of seasonal period items will be marked down by 20% of original appraisal price for an additional period of time. Items not selected will not be returned,
o At end of season if item has not sold it will be donated into Scarlet’s rummage sale, all net proceeds of the rummage sale will go to Scarlet’s chosen charity. o WE DO NOT RETURN UNSOLD ITEMS
DO NOT CONSIGN ITEMS YOU THINK YOU MAY WANT BACK IF IT DOESNT SELL
o Brand names and unique, barely worn fashions garner a higher price tag. o When consigning exclusive brands ie) Chanel, HERMÈS, Louis Vuitton, Burberry, Gucci, Prada, to name a few, it would be helpful if you have purchase information (receipts, serial numbers) in order to help us price items as authentic. We will also put the items through our authentication process. This is an extremely important process so we keep our integrity. o We reconcile sales by the 15th of every month for the previous month sales (eg. You will receive 40% of the purchase price of each item. All pricing will be on your assessment sheet. From time to time we may need to change a price (aside from seasonal sale), this is our discretion. If you want a certain price for an item you need to communicate at time of drop off. Otherwise, we will price according to our assessing and pricing formula. o Your payment on items sold will be available AFTER the 15th of each month . o We send out emails from time to time, however we do not send you personal emails about your account. It is your responsibility to keep up to date on your account. If you do not collect your money after 3 months of its availability it will be donated to charity or turned into credit
Please note. Examples of Brands we don't accept. Joe Fresh H and M, Forever 21, Suzy Shier, garage, fair weather, Cleo, smart set. Examples of stuff we love. Roots, Kate Spade, Lilly Pulitzer, lululemon, Danier, marccain, Aritzia labels, splendid. And labels that are similar. PLEASE DO NOT BRING US CLOTHING IN GARBAGE BAGS WE WILL NOT ACCEPT IT. WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY CLOTHING THAT SMELLS OF SMOKE OR HEAVY PERFUMES
