With three locations in London, Citi Plaza, Talbot Centre and Westmount Mall, Serratore Shoe Repair specializes in providing quality workmanship at competitive prices. Regular services include specializing in custom men’s & women’s shoe & boot re-builds, orthopaedics, shoe lifts, rocker soles, purse repairs & pin lifts. They also provide key cutting & mobile service. The most coming shoe they see? The high heel. The Serratore’s have fixed more stilettos than they can count. While the Serratore brothers, Joe and Anthony, have kept the tradition alive, shoemaking business is in their blood and along with their employees Judith Bailey (Manager at Citi Plaza location) and Brent Woodcock (Manager/Owner at Westmount Mall location) they strive to give the best customer service. It’s customer service like that that have left many customers coming back for decades. The Serratore’s also believe in giving back. They regularly donate shoes (that customers leave behind and/or donate) to organizations like Goodwill, ensuring that everybody has something comfortable covering their feet.
