I really wanted to do something fun for the book signing event. I wanted it to be somewhat interactive and I wanted to celebrate the themes of my books, but also encourage everyone to celebrate themselves!

You pick a coloured heart, draw a face and glue it on. Each of it represent how we are all unique but we all share love and want to be loved!

I actually got this idea from an account that popped up in my feed as suggested ( )and I thought what a great idea if I modify it for this event.

I love how people’s faces lighted up and I found it so especially interesting that when I suggested for the parents/grandparents/adults to participate too..they seem surprised but their faces also lighted up!

Maybe we as adults forget that we can have some fun. That we matter and we should celebrate all of us too. 😊

We didn’t fill the whole frame yet but maybe in my next event, I will have it completed? And then I want to frame it!

One of the parent I chatted with said, it’s such an awesome thing that the store supports local authors like myself because it creates diversity, and I couldn’t agree more. ❤️

This will be my last market for the year at .to

This isn’t just any “holiday market.” Together, we are not just supporting each other (local small businesses) but also fundraising for at the same time.

I actually didn’t intend to do more markets at first but this spoke to me immediately.

Doing something intentional and meaningful - that is the spirit for Christmas. And this is the heart of my whole shop -creating intentionally and meaningful!
