We visited the zoo a few days ago and have been talking a lot about all the different animals around here.

Gave me some inspiration for a day at the zoo sensory bin. 🦒✨

Something a little different is going out today! Typically I have a focus on kids/youth but this order came in for an elderly person living in a care home. Emotional regulation is life long and ever changing- which means so are my emotion charts & tools.

We had a pretty quiet Christmas and holiday over here which was very much needed. I filled a few orders quietly and hung out with this girl, and it was just what I needed to refill my cup. ❤️

Just stopping in to say I found a new favourite! We ordered these crayons for our daughter as she has recently become interested in colouring and these are so nice for her little hands to hold.

The muscles and bones in a toddlers hand are not meant to be trained to hold a writing utensil until at least school age! 💭

Crayons are a great way to incorporate some proprioceptive input into your day. I was shocked at how much time she spent on this activity. Seriously, almost an hour! 🖍 🤍
